Selection Process

Our time and resources are as valuable to us, as yours are to you. So we are very selective about who we work with.

We make our selection using a number of criteria and weight each differently according to the situation as there are no "cookie cutter" approaches in business.

We specifically look at you, your personality and background, and your aims and abilities; your business history - and not just your financials; your business growth potential; the market dynamics in your business area; your competition; and finally, if and how we can actually help you.

We get our greatest kick out of making a difference, and even if you have the most amazing business, if we cannot add value, we'll part ways sooner rather than later

Selection can take 1-3 months depending on our respective work loads and the complexity of the business. This is discussed in our introductory meetings in way more detail, and allows you to be comfortable with the process
