Business Support

We believe that the provision of business support is the third of the four key requirements for business success. As with all things in life, none of us is good at everything and less so when we are being challenged to try do everything ourselves, as often happens in a young business.

Our approach is to identify what the business and the management team or entrepreneur need and then to provide it. This can include financial management, marketing, sales and operations inputs.

In addition, we add in a layer of mentoring. Our experience is that entrepreneurs need to be able to talk about everything that impacts their lives - and this can extend beyond the walls of their business. Introductions to leading business people for specific coaching and mentoring, rounds off the internal learning process and helps to create a balanced, well rounded leader.
