Market Facilitation
We believe that market facilitation is the second of the four key requirements for business success. Most of the entrepreneurs we have worked with have great offerings but sometimes struggle to access markets. It may be simply a case of the wrong approach or poor packaging of the offering, but in some extreme cases it can be credibility issues or networking contacts that are needed.
Our approach is to work with our partners to position them and their products in target markets. We use our extensive networks to understand the value proposition best suited and then to place the offering with key reference clients. Once we are sure that our marketing approach is sound, we'll work on sales management.
