We support growth businesses and so we often get asked "what do you mean by a growth business?" Simply put, we define growth businesses as those businesses that have scalability because of their market potential and the intentions of their owners.

Market potential is critical for growth - either through an expanding market itself or through strategies that take away market share from other players.

The intentions of the entrepreneur are very important too. Are they looking to create a business that eventually becomes so big that they lose control to a range of managers, or are they going to run it themselves without employees, or at best, with maybe a few extra hands? The latter is a lifestyle business.

We want to see our investments result in massive job creation and profits and so our approach is not for every entrepreneur or SME
